Hi, How can I actually get to speak to a human at Customer Services UK?

As you probably know, it's near impossible to call eBay Customer Services. How can I contact them? Your help is very much appreciated.

Try this.  Click on "eBay Help", top right of page (or from My eBay pages it's "Help & Contact", top left).  Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that.  Select a topic, the nearest or any topic.  On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link for "Chat with us".   You may have to select different topics until you get the chat link.
