You have to remember that every hermes delivery person is subcontracted and only get paid if they successfully deliver items,and every delivery person is different.My local hermes delivery person is absolutely brilliant,there helpfull,carefull and on time,wether collecting or delivering.

That said,I understand the issues raised,and therefore not recommended by the majority,and that makes me lucky I guess.
