Has anyone else posted a parcel, with a Hermes label bought through eBay Packlink service, and given a scanned in receipt from the parcel shop, which was not delivered to my customer. I have contacted Hermes who say they are still waiting for the parcel from the sender and suggested I contacted Packlink. 18 emails later to Packlink and they say Hermes are still saying that they haven't received the parcel, despite having a copy of the receipt sent to them. I have refunded my customer and am left out of pocket. Luckily it was not an expensive item but it is the principle. eBay customer support replied with you can use another carrier, when told I had no faith in the Paclink system. This is the third item that has gone missing in the last two months!
No end of seller and buyers complain about Hermes/Packlink and there terrible service,so while trying to complain/get a claim from them is almost impossible,its best to simply not use there services.
