All items sent last Monday with Hermes via Packlink have not been delivered and are not tracking normally, does anyone know what is happening.
There was a problem with labels not scanning, so they have to manually redo them, takes time.
Do not contact buyers, but if they ask you where item is, politely explain reason & hope they will wait a bit longer.
