Hermes items missing

All items sent last Monday with Hermes via Packlink have not been delivered and are not tracking normally, does anyone know what is happening.

There was a problem with labels not scanning, so they have to manually redo them, takes time.

Do not contact buyers, but if they ask you where item is, politely explain reason & hope they will wait a bit longer.

Thanks, have had one query, I explained the delay they immediately put in a refund request through eBay. Buyer had been watching the tracking and noticed it hadn’t changed for days.
I had a delayed parcel recently on a small item I was getting regular updates regarding it not having arrived, gave them a refund . It then arrived, buyer said nothing and the buyer kept it and the refund then left feedback commenting on the quick delivery.
