Over the last few years I have used Hermes 26 times to send parcels and I have have had no problems until the 27th one going to Winchester and it is a nightmare, the tracking states that delivery has been attempted, when I queried this on live chat I was told that there was an address issue and delivery is being attemted on the 3rd, 6 days after the original attempt, I contacted the buyer and the address is correct, does anyone know what the situation is down at Winchester?
