Hermes - DO NOT use

I wanted to let people know please DO NOT use Hermes! I have had 3 parcels through them. the 1st was great courier followed instructions and left with a neighbour. The next ebay purchases are 4 and 2 weeks late then after constant mithering delivered!! BUT left parcels outside my flat Housing Associations office for general public to nick instead of coming into the flat where concierge is there 24-7. So packages were indeed stolen! 

i just want to let everyone know and BEWARE of Hermes! 

my purchase - buyers are on the case now. :))

Hermes employs private couriers for their deliveries so the service you receive is down to your local courier not the company.

It's a bit rough to tar a whole company with the same brush over a couple of lost parcels!

I use Hermes as a buyer and a seller and find them superb.
