Oh dear , there is nothing you can do to enforce that buyer to send you back your item, they may even be in isolation, and not able to repost it.
Message the correct buyer of the item the mistake you have made, and would they kindly accept a cancellation request. If they do, then go right of the item sold More Actions >> Cancel Order, and select Buyer requests to cancel. This refunds them fully, and refunds your seller fee.
Do not refund directrly through Paypal, that makes you pay that fee, and gain a damaging defect.
