I don't see how trading standards will get involved, you have no information on the Transactions and neither ebay or Trading Standards, will investigate with no details.

As far as I can see it is no more than Junk Mail, which should be marked "Return to Sender" or "Not known at this address".

Dont panic

We do get reports of this happening

Was the packages adress to your husband by name?.

If your husband has no account how do you knwo the items are from ebay?

It seems some sellers are avoiding refunding by putting anyones address for returns

If it was not his name then you just put on Not at this address and return them to Royal Mail or the courier

To contact ebay go to the top of the page under Help and contact then scroll down to the bottom for Contact Details

it will be Chat with us or Call me back. Use the Call back

Not sure you need to contact Trading Standards
