Can anybody help please and advise why sold and sent items are still showing as active listings? Causing confusion to customers and myself. Postage labels for Royal Mail are purchased through eBay. Also when I use safari (ebay) I have to always sign into my account twice to print postage as app will not allow me to print postage, does anybody else have this problem? Also recently ebay will not allow me to print postage for combined orders. It says unable to combine and retry and will not let me ship orders until I separate the order.🤔
