Help with a return case please

Hello, I was just after some advice please

i opened a case for an tine to be returned for not as described and the case is still open after 15 days, can anyone tell me what happens now or how long it lasts. The seller is refusing my return. I have asked ebay to step in.  

Also how do I escalate a claim

If you have now escalated the case to ebay then they should either send you a return label to print off to return the goods, or issue a refund without you having to send the goods back.

How long is it since you escalated? It isn't always immediate but if it's been some days since you escalated then you could contact CS to see how things are progressing
