Help with Feedback

Hi,

I purchased an item from someone which never arrived. I use the app on my phone and my pc and the item I never recieved is 'unavailable' and I can't leave feedback! 

Does anyone know how this can happen? Thanks

Never mind about feedback. The important thing is have you received or claimed your money back?

If not, you need to read and follow eBay's guidance on what to do when an item hasn't arrived:

This is usually pretty straightforward, but if any problems ask here again and let us know what they are.

Thank you for your help.
I did open a request. But then nothing happened.
This morning the request was closed because I opened a dispute on PayPal.
I should still be able to leave feedback surely?
