I'm looking for some advice.
I accepted an offer on an item that I'm selling.
The buyer said he would collect the next day, but didn't turn up.
I've messaged every day to find out what's happening and only got a response last night. Asking if I could ship the item to him, or he would pick up today. I've explained that the item is too large and too heavy to deliver and that's the reason for collection only and that he could collect today.
The buyer has not turned up again, no response by message and I've also not been paid yet.
Am I able to cancel this or do I have to wait for another 4 days? Appreciate any advice!
Thanks
You need to wait the full 4 days then use the Cancel This Order >> Buyer has Not Paid.
You do need to finalise that transaction before relisting, jusrt in case the buyer does pay, then you might well end up with, one item, two buyers, one big headache.
It also gives the buyer a deserved strike on their account for messing you about. 2 strikes, and they will find themselves unable to buy from the majority of sellers for a full 12 months, so it's very effective.
It has to be exactly 4 x24 hour periods.
You need to block this person from returning and wrecking any more of your sales. Use this link.....
