Hello. Trying to help with answering questions but answer button is gray?

I am not new to Ebay but have never really been on the answer forums. I decided to have a browse and found a few questions I could provide an answer to based on my experience. But when I try I can't. The answer button is gray and when I press on the comments link nothing happens. Is that because I am new? I was able to answer one question but all the rest seems to be off limits to me even though they already have some comments under them (they are not marked as answered though). Do I need to earn some priviliges? I am logged into my account obviously but perhaps I have to enable a feature somewhere? Any help would be apreciated. Thank you 🙂

Member to member support can only be answered by ebay invited experienced responders,

you can & do reply to other sections, so maybe after a while ebay will invite you here.
