is there a way to use Have one to sell? Sell it yourself ebay and use all the same details without having to add description, photos and so on? So just use the current details that is already listed?

no, because you are not allowed to use someone elses photo and description,

you have to fill in those things yourself

No and nor should there be as the images, descriptin etc are copyright of the person placing the original advert

Nor should you copy their images or description

If it was one of your own listings you could use sell similar
