Handling return from another country, please help

Hi,

A buyer wants to return an item to me from Italy and I accepted the return but then ebay says you can either send them an ebay postage label or buy your own and upload it. Trouble is, it didn't give me the option to send an ebay label and so I tried to buy a return label on Royal mail's site but it seems you need to pay to open a business account with them to buy an international return label.

So I selected the option which said 'i can't buy a postage label in the buyers country' and continued and then sent him a message with my return address explaining that I will refund him when I get the item back. Trouble is, he doesn't speak any english.

Now I've just had an email from ebay telling me that if I don't send him a return postage label, he can ask them to step in and help! Which I assume would destroy my 100% feedback and put a black mark on my account or whatever it's called. Please can someone advise me what to do here?
