I have no idea what these "subscription fees " are
While listing on eBay for the most part is free, selling is not
When you sell an item on eBay there are two companies you pay fees to :-
First, you pay Paypal their fee for banking, card clearance & administration of collecting/receiving/processing the payment from the buyer. The fee for this is taken before the payment reaches your Paypal account & is nothing to do with eBay. The charge for this service is 3.4% of the total payment plus 20p, or for International transactions 3.9% plus 20p
You are then billed monthly by eBay, this bill will include :-
eBay sales commission known as the Final Value Fee.....this is10% of the sale price & is also charged on the P&P which you charged
Part of this monthly payment will where applicable also include fees for any listing upgrades such as Reserves, Buy Now (on auction style listings, Gallery Plus fees, additional categories etc
This fee will be collected by the automatic payment method you have set (either Direct Debit or Paypal) & will appear on statements as a payment to "eBay Europe Sarl"
