Hacked account aftermath

Last Friday my account my was hacked , I had not clicked or even recieved any dodgy emails and my password security was high. The hacker set up a shop selling cheap electronics. I did recieve an email from ebay about the shop opening but I had turned my phone off at the cinema , about 2 hours later sales started . I saw, heard the ping of a sale and immiediately contacted ebay I waited 4 minutes for the help chat and the phone rang for ages before someone answered and then it felt like forever before they did anything , they were obviously reading from a script and a sale was going through every few seconds . In total 59 sales . Now despite another session on the phone the next day as the shop was still open and they told me to cancel all sales , I am recieving messages from purchasers every day and terrible feedback (which I am reporting). My question is - is there more I should/ could  be doing? I have messaged every purchaser and was told ebay would contact them but still 6 messages today including - send me my phone ! You cancel order refund my paypal! Plus an essay in French I cant see a translate button for?
