HOW TO CANCEL A RETURN LABEL?

Hi ... Can someone please tell me how to cancel a return label? I have purchase a P4 controller and once I received it, it does not work, therefore I contacted seller requesting a full refund and informed the seller that I wish to return the item back , ther seller now agrees to refund me in full but wants me to close the case ... I did not open a case, I only requested for a return label. I cannot find a option that says to cancel return label... Can someone please help me with regards to this issue and advise me how I should get about closing case or cancelling return label?

You do not cancel a return label,  that's the seller's job.

Why do you wish to cancel it?  Are you happy now to keep this defective item?

A case for item not as described needs to be opened,  a return label sent by the seller.  If they do not refund within 8 days you escalate the case,  on days 9 - 21 eBay step in and fully refund you.

Never close any case early for any excuse the seller gives,  it's your only guarantee of a refund.

You may have opened a case without knowing as the seller is asking you to close it.  Go to the Resolution Centre link at bottom of most pages.  If a case has been opened it will be there.

Do Not Close it !
