A buyer purchased an item in March, they supplied an incorrect address and the item was returned to me.
I asked them to open a case against the item so eBay could sort it out, they didn't.
They messaged me this week demaning the money back, but because it's gone over 60 days I can't view the item. I was pretty sure I'd already refunded it but I can't see it to check.
I have again asked them to speak to eBay as I'm not sure what to do, and now I'm getting horrible messages calling me a liar and a fraud.
I printed their address from eBay, I didn't type anything in, it was what was supplied in their shipping information. But now they're saying that I've either:
A) Not sent the item
OR
B) Intentionally put the wrong address on the item as they 'clearly had their address right'
I've asked them to open a case so many times and they just won't do it, they've told me that they'll let everyone they know about how horrendous I am. They're going to use all of the websites I use to 'spread the word'.
I feel harrassed to the extreme, but they're still not getting eBay involved in it. What do I do?!
