If you mean for selling, if the option to swap is still available to you go to the bottom left of the seller hub page, in the box titled Selling Tools the last option should be to opt out. If it's not there you're stuck with it, I'm afraid, as we all will be before long. It ties in with ebay's new managed payments system.
