Global shipping

I have just had a bid on an item from France, I cant remember if the Global shipping facility was on this item, can it be put on retrospectively?

Much obliged for your reply, yes its the bottle. Having a dull moment but how do you tell its in Global? just that this is the first time I have done it & can't remember.
