Global Shipping Programme

Hello all.
I have received an email, dated 12 Feb, from a buyer saying he hasn't received an item I sent to him via the GSP. However, we have both been notified that the item was 'successfully' delivered on the 9 Feb. Find this odd. Has anybody else experienced this and do you know what the correct procedure is to sort this out?

If GSP say it has been delivered then the buyer shouldn't be able to win a case against you for item not received.
