Hi, I have just sold an item, via the Global Shipping Programme. This is my first international sale. My item sold for £25, plus £10 postage (UK). I "assumed" that I would still get the £10 p&p charge, as it will cost me about that to get it to the UK shipping address. But my email from eBay says that I pay the postage (within the UK) - is that correct? If so, why would I sell to international buyers? I have not, as yet, received payment from the buyer, but I do find the eBay email confusing - should I expect £25 or £35 from the buyer??? Thank you.
You will receive £35 & you will post to the GSP Hub in Lichfield ensuring you quote the full address supplied with the payment
The buyer will pay considferably more than £10 P&P.......they will pay £10 PLUS the GSP shipping fee
If for example your buyer was in the USA they would pay almost £56 in postage...you would get £10 & pitney Bowes £46
