Today I have a customer from Ebay Germany who opened a dispute saying non receipt of item. The buyer used the GSP and my UK tracking from Royal Mail shows delivered to the Lichfield GSP centre and a signature - yet Ebay have granted the refund taking the money from me. I have contacted Ebay UK only to be told they cannot do anything about it!
How can this be when I provided tracking - updated it when we dispatched it - which shows delievred and signed for?
Any help would be appreciated,.
You need to be extremely careful how you handle this as you could be seriously out of pocket if you try to handle this yourself.
Your buyer needs to open a case for not received and you respond with the tracking number proving delivery to the UK Global shipping hub.
You cite that according to Global T&C you, the seller, are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit once it has arrived at the Global hub.
