Global Shipping Program hahahahahahahahahaha!

What a shower of **bleep**e! Further to my earlier post I have been shafted by Ebay! Despite someone at the Global Shipping Centre signing for an irem I sent, I have had money taken from my paypal account to refund the buyer! When I ask Ebay what will be done I am fobbed off with "you will have to deal with Ebay germany". Why do I have to when it's not me that lost/stole the item? And when I try to contact Ebay germany via the email that they sent me, what happens? I'm redirected to Ebay Germany that's all in, you've guessed it, German! Unfortunately I do not speak German so what use is that? As a result of Ebay's negligence/duplicity and obvious attempt to pass the buck, I do not have the item and am out of pocket! Good luck using the shipping program and, before the Ebay "fan club" start whingeing at me, check out how many poor reviews the shipping centre has had on the web from it's so called "valued" customers. Won't be selling abroad anymore, lesson learnt.
