Global Priority Shipping !!! - how to contact eBay GSP

I ordered an item on eBay on 26/10/16 and was quoted a little over a week for delivery using Global Priority Shipping. On payment and confirmation the shipping date was suddenly changed to 2 weeks from the order date, which is too late. Since then I have contacted the seller, who has confirmed that it was despatched to the eBay shipping service on the same day (26th) and received on the 28th. There has never been any tracking info available, despite being given a tracking number and there is still no sign of anything today (3/11/16). 

 

I contacted eBay chat who were unable to tell me anything at all, but said that I would be contacted by eBay global shipping. I have still to hear anything. 

 

Any Idea what I should do? There will be nobody here to receive the item and I cannot contact anyone to get it diverted?

 

 

Thanks for the reply - that all sounds like this GPS business is not fit for pupose. It turned out that eBay GPS sat on my delivery for a week before despatching it and I still have no idea when it will arrive. The tracking only seems to get updated long after any events. 

 

RUBBISH SERVICE EBAY - I will avoid using GPS and not buy anything that has to come by this method from now on. What an unholy waste of everyone's time and efforts.

 

I don't understand this support site either - I can't comment on anything!

 

Either I am turning into My Angry or eBay have just lost the plot !!!!

You have to wait until after the estimated delivery date on the listing then go to Resolution Centre at the very bottom of any page, open a "Not received" case and escalate it after 8 days to get your money back.
