Getting refunds on eBay fees for sales that have been returned and sales that I haven't been paid fo

I have two sales that haven't gone through. One is a personal collection and the sale didn't go through so I haven't been paid and the other is a sale that was returned. I have been charged ebay fees for these items. How do I get the fees refunded?
