Why did you open a case with paypal when the first thing you should do is open a case with ebay. Paypal has always been around as a back up if out of time with ebay. Have you never read Ebay's 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, it is on every listing but no one seems to read it.
If you have opened a case with Paypal and not been successful, then I imagine ebay wouldn't help.
