GST to NZ is 15% according to the site. My purchase was £25 but I have been charged $8.78.
How do I go about querying this and getting a refund of the £5 difference.

You are Based in New Zealand but Registered in the UK. You are incurring VAT and Customs Charges. Enter "Upgrading your Country" into Help and Contact at the top of the Page.
