Free postage option with delivery within 3 working days to qualify for top rated seller discount

What on earth am I required to do to meet this requirement - tearing my hair out!  Currently have Top-rated Seller status and had been for quite some time. I am told that to qualify for Top Seller discount on FVFs, I need to offer a free postage option with delivery within 3 working days.

I have tried using RM 2nd Class with free postage option. 

I have tried using RM 2nd Class Parcel with free postage option. 

I meet all other criteria - can anyone please advise how to incorporate a free postage option within 3 working days delivery time?

Have you checked your seller dashboard for defects, these can put you below stanard required.
