Hi, i got the issue with seller. Bought the phone. As the seller stated it was brand new and sealed. Well, it wasnt. It was used phone with faulty battery. After i left negative feedback seller contacted me and we made a deal what he will replace phone and i will remove feedback. Send the phone back. After he received phone seller started to blackmailing me asking to remove feedback before he sends the phone. Allso he stated what the phone was dameged. Well, he send me used phone! I never noticed any damage on that. Just half an hour ago he was calling me to my phone number!!! Can he do that??? After arguing he said he will refund 50% of the value of the item due the damage. I just dont know what to do and how i can contact ebay to get that sorted? Many thanks 👍
If it's still within 30 days of delivery start a "not as described" return via More Actions on the far right of your order in Purchase History.
You will need to contact ebay and ask them to put the postal tracking number you used to return the phone on your return case because ebay will issue a label with another number on it and they use that for proof of return.
So to contact ebay go to My eBay and click on "Help & Contact", top left. Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that. Select a topic, the nearest or any topic. On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link for "Chat with us". You may have to select different topics until you get the chat link but they will still help you.
If necessary escalate the case to ebay 3 working days after you started it. Go to the return case via the link on the ebay notification message you will have received, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
Never a good idea to get into arguments with Sellers (especially Business sellers who are required by law to accept returns) ... instead ...
You have only 30 days to open a formal 'Item not as described' (faulty) eBay case from delivery date which a Seller cannot ignore ... after 3 complete days, escalate the case to eBay and follow the return instructions carefully to completion for a refund in full ... 'to and fro' messages/emails will not do it ! >

Don't remove feedback as a condition of a promised refund ... return here for further advice as needed.
