that's a known glitch

you will be able to report if you use a different browser

but why do you think it is fraudulent?

fraudulent listings don't tend to ask for cash on collection!

Well it may be a Glitch, but if it is a live listing, when using the REPORT link, it is not necessary to enter an Item Number because it is already on the Report Page.

the only 'evidence' of possible fraud is the fact the seller says in the body of the listing that they will take a specified sum for cash on collection - meaning they could/might do an off eBay deal thereby defrauding eBay of their fees.

Well I've checked the item,  why do you suspect fraud?

The seller has sold some high value items in the past few days from opening a new account,  is this what is causing suspicion?  Do you have evidence these items have not been collected / posted.

There is no feedback as most probably the items have not been received yet.

One can report an item and usually not a seller,  unless you have been in direct transaction with someone, who has defrauded you personally, and if a case opened in the Resolution centre did not resolve the matter.
