I have put a van on ebay but has listed it as vehicle parts but not selling parts selling a van 

Every time try to change this doesn't allow me to choose that option

how exactly do you plan on selling your item if the buyers aren't allowed to press the buy it now?

you and sellers like you are the reason ebay have introduced the new 'no contact before sale' rule and are charging sellers even if the buyer doesn't use the buy it now!

You should be able to go in and revise and then choose a different category, try the advanced listing form perhaps, it's easy to switch once you have the copy of the listing.

I'm puzzled by your note on the listing which states 'if you press buy it now you will be charged 10% due to eBay fees' - you cannot charge people any more for the item, the fees are for the seller to pay or you can include the fees in the start/buy it now price.

you won't be able to revise it into the correct category,

you need to end the listing and try again,

use the advanced listing tool, it works better.
