Firestick 4k

I have a firestick 4kand I am trying to set it up. It seem to be stuck on 'unable to update your fire tv stick 4k'.  Any suggestions please.  Thank you.

ASk the seller if you have just bought it

Try youtube or google for an instruction leaflet

There are not many people on here so I doubt we will be able to help
