Can some one please help , what exactly does final value fee credit mean ? I was told I would recieve one for an unpaid item and a return where there was nothing wrong with goods. I have not seen any credit in PayPal or bank . Is it the amount I would have recieved ie £40 for return item . I cannot find it written anywhere clearly what this means . Any advice ?
