Hi , I've recently sold an item that when the buyer received it some damage had occured , they asked for a return and when I contacted them they accepted a partial refund and kept the item . When something similar to this has happened in the past I have had my final value fee adjusted to take this into account . I was told this would happen on a E Bay callback conversation but when nothing has happened I contacted them again and was told I still have to pay the full Final Value Fee on the original price . Has something changed ???
