Selling Fees are now deducted from Sale Proceeds and money passes through Managed Payments. Other fees will be collected from MP or if no money available, debited to Bank Account.
Ebay is no longer sending Monthly invoices, so any invoice you have received would I think show a Nil balance and cover the gap between ending the old system and the start of managed Payments.
Mine came yesterday showing that I was fully paid up on the old system.
