I am attempting to use the new seller hub and as an older person am strugling with certain aspects of it, for example, feedback.  The previous ebay format for feedback was quite evident, I could see at a glance buyers who had left feedback and I could respond to them immediately.  Now I cannot even find my feedback profile so therefore have been unable to leave any feedback for any of my buyers!  Is there a simple answer to this or are ebay determined to make it as difficult as possible for 'non business' sellers.  Babs.

you can find your feedback profile by clicking on the number in brackets next to your ID

or finding the feedback section on the overview page in the seller hub and clinking on 'feedback'

to see whether a buyer has left feedback using the seller hub go to your orders page

feedback left and received is the last column,

if the pencil and star are lit up it means you have left feedback,

if the envelope is lit up it means the buyer has left feedback for you
