Hi

I have left positive for a seller but they have not done the same for me. I  messaged them and the reply I received was that as they were a bussiness thay could not leave any feedback? Seems a bit strange. Is this correct?

Of course they "can" leave feedback what they mean is they won't. Feedback is voluntary and it is thought to be a bad idea to ask for it.   Sellers can only leave positive feedback

Thank you for the reply. I have contacted them again and have now sorted it. It really should be eBays job to sort out bad sellers.

You have been on ebay for 14 years, so should know that ebay DO send feedback reminders,
but as said, it is voluntary.
