I recently sold an item which has now been received, however I have had a message back form the buyer saying they are unable to leave any feedback can anyone suggest why ?

No other than there have been many similiar complaints. Buyer has 60 days. Ask them to try again in a couple of days.

I got feedback on this sale, not sure if it was a coincidence or not but I had not left feedback yet for them and when I did they were able to leave it for me not sure if it's something to do with new page design's or not.
