I'm really miffed about people who leave bad feedback
These are the people who never communicate. I don't even know if it got there ok. All I see in the feedback, is how something wasn't what they wanted or thought it was or something random. My point here is these are things u can see in the many pictures I put up
I always send a polite message saying hello, I see u left negative, wondering why u didnt message, sorry u had a bad time etc etc
My question is this. To start with, why can't I leave a comment below to add on that I would have refunded or whatever they wanted, and two what can I do long term
I would hate people to think I packaged bad or sent other things than people saw in pics
