One of my sellers has left me lovely feedback but he has included my real name in the feedback which could reveal my identity when I am buying certain items. I need to get rid of my name from the feedback. I have followed through ebay instructions which say the feedback will be deleted within 24 hours but it hasn't been done. I have tried a second time - not yet another 24 hours have passed - but nothing seems to be happening. It's impossible to contact ebay. What can I do?

Use this link, put 'feedback abuse' into the topic bar and scroll down to the foot of the screen where you should find the contact options.

If the feedback is not removed within the next 24 hours, come straight back here and we'll see if we can ask  an eBay team member to forward your complaint:-

The feedback has still not been removed. How do I get an ebay team member to forward my complaint? Am I writing this in the right place. No one seems to reply.

As you are not a seller, you could switch your feedback profile to 'private' until this is resolved.
