Does ebay want feedback concerning how to improve? I can't find a way of doing so. I use Global shipping and it is clear that many of my customers don't understand that it is ebay that sends the invoice. They wait for one from ME and don't understand how the system works. Ebay needs to find a way of making it clearer to purchasers that the Invoice they send automatically when a purchase is made is THE invoice. Have other ebayers found this problem also ?

I would never use the GSP for either buying or selling as you are in no way incontrol.  If selling normally you set everything up and post it off.

The only advantage to a buyer in [currently] non-EU countries is that the Customs formalities are taken care of.  Books in general do not have duty/VAT and it would seem that you could simply pay the appropriate postage
