Feedback removed by Ebay

I was sworn at on the phone by a seller and he refused to give me a collection address. I believe this was because he was not happy with the winning bid I made...he wanted lots more £££....but he should have put a reserve or started the bidding at a higher level!!

Anyway, I left negative feedback .......this opinion was removed by Ebay, presumably because of the word turd, despite it being his name.

Now he is free to abuse other good Ebayers and has suffered in no way for his apalling behaviour to me.............I cannot even leave more feeback without using his turd name in vain!!

What do you think.....should Ebay be able to bar such an Ebay abuser??
