A buyer left me negative feedback by mistake. She emailed me to explain that it was meant for a different seller! I completed a feedback review request which the buyer completed. The negative feedback has not been removed by ebay! What do I do next? Any ideas please!
It should have been removed so contact ebay direct about it. Go to the very bottom of this for live chat and phone options:
sorry, but when you send a feedback revision request the buyer has to change the feedback,
that is what it is for,
so the buyer did something wrong their end
