Received a negative feedback from a buyer despite the fact that I had refunded in full !!!! Asked Ebay to remove it but they say it does not qualify for removal. What ?????
Any ideas, have asked the buyer to remove feedback but no response.
Message the buyer and ask if they would kindly complete a feedback revision you can send to them, as unfortunately many items are being delivered late, or even lost due to this Covid crisis.
Be aware, they do not have to. Even though you did refund, the buyer is still disappointed as the item did not arrive, and this is what the feedback states.
Ebay is correct it doesn't controvine there fb policy
