Feedback left not showing

I received a fake memory card and left neg feedback stating so but the feedback is not showing on their profile or in my feedback left details.

Feedback I lefty was "Memory card was fake and I had to pay return postage" not sure if that violated any of the silly ebay rules.

Assuming I have inadvertantly violated some policy, why am I (and others from what I can see) not given the oppertunity to revise the feedback?

adding to the advice already given -

could be lots of reasons.

You did not open a case.

Claiming 'fake' [defamation].

stating you had to pay the return postage [you did not have to].

etc

My feedback was 100% accurate the card was fake and yes I DID have to pay return postage.

You did not have to pay postage as if you had opened a not as described case the seller would have had to pay the return postage.

This is ebays reply to my not as described case Hello Tom, Seller gotechstore let us know that they can't buy a return postage label for you to return BEST High Performance 633x 256GB Microsdxc UHS I Card Professional 633x .

Not unusually eBay give the wrong advice – that seller is a UK registered business seller and their stocks are in UK so they can provide a returns label. If you had escalated it to eBay they would have been forced to provide a label. You could try contacting eBay again and you can report the seller to trading standards via CAB for violating numerous laws for faulty returns. The seller is obliged by law to have paid for the return and refunded you in full.

It could have been the mention of postage

It is best not to mention ebay , dispute or postage

Unfair but that is the policy and some sellers are well up on how to get

feedback removed
