I'd like to know why ebay removes a negative feedback left to a seller who does not send you the goods and keeps a buyer waiting until the last moment until they answer - or worse, wait until ebay have decided that the buyer receives a refund because they never received the item and were not contacted at all by the seller.
One can wait up to three or so weeks for a case to run the course and then when a negative feedback is left for the seller - ebay removes it at the sellers request!
This is an extremely poor reflection of ebay when a bad seller can remove or have a negative comment removed.
It proves that leaving feedback is pointless.
I'd appreciate an answer or your own view, thanks.
