I found a really nice item on eBay, an old lamp. I won it dirt cheap 99p, with £15 postage. He was local, so before winning I asked if I could collect and asked for his postcode, he let me have it, and his listing said free local collection.
Once I won I paid and asked when I could collect, and he said "no collection" and refunded my money. I was furious and went to complain to eBay. They told me to wait the 7 days and leave bad feedback.
I left the feedback saying "Seller offered local collection, refused and refunded my money"
I checked the feedback later and it was deleted, why is this?
