Feedback blocking

Hi

does anyone know if it is possible for seller's to stop you from leaving feeback?  I did not recieve the email requesting me to leave feedback and I don't seem to be able to leave any when I go into the seller.

If your leaving a negative feedback for a business seller you have to wait 7 days in the hope you can resolve any issues first.Otherwise ebay allow you 60 days to leave feedback .
